Q) What is the commission percentage structure?
A) Each Affiliate earns a percentage of the income generated by the players that are referred to the casino through the Affiliate’s personal tracking codes. The tracking codes assigned to each Affiliate are unique. With these tracking codes, the tracking software calculates each player’s deposits, credits, withdrawals, chargebacks, etc. Our system is based on a ‘Net Win’, which is defined as: Deposits (minus) Credits (minus) Withdrawals/Chargebacks (equals) ‘Net Win’.

Q) When are commissions paid?
A) Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. We understand that you are eager to reap your earnings and we will do our best to ensure that you receive your earnings promptly after the 1st of every month. In order to receive a commission payment, your earnings must be at least $150. If your earnings are below $150, your commission will carry over until such a time that you meet the minimum payment amount. We have several ways of sending your payments. In order for your payments to be received promptly, you must insure that we have the proper payment information for the payment method of your choice.

Q) How do I place banners/text links on my site?
A) There are several banners to choose from as well as text links. If you are new to site building we suggest that you learn a little about how to read html code. This knowledge will assist in your site building as well as enable you to properly position banners on your pages. Also, please keep in mind that you are responsible for making sure that the banners and tracking codes that you use are in working order. We cannot pay you if your links are not tracking.

Q) How do I keep track of commissions?
A) You can keep track of your commission payments through the Payments link on our CWC Affiliates website. The report includes all the commission payments that have been made to you. When you log into your Affiliate account, you will be able to see the most current stats information available. The current stats will help you to track your monthly progress.

Q) Can I receive a commission when I play at a Casino?

A) You are responsible for hosting your site and placing banners and links on it. How and where you place them is up to you. However, to achieve the best results, placing our banners in a highly visible area should be considered. You are also required to follow prevailing spam laws for your particular country and the countries to which you will be sending email. You must strive to retain the integrity of Club World Casinos and CWC Affiliates.

Q) Can I operate more than one website at once?
A) Yes, you can. You have the ability on our program to run multiple campaigns on one Affiliate ID - All you need to do is amend the ‘&subGid=0’ in the banner code by numbering it from 1-1000: &subGid=1 &subGid=2 etc. This will allow you to track separate campaigns for the same banner.
